Having delivered hundreds of landscape construction projects to date, the PML team recently completed the landscape construction at Alba Thermal Spring and Spa. The culmination of more than two and a half years of commercial landscape construction work by the PML team, the luxurious wellbeing facility features thirty-two naturally heated pools scattered among 15 hectares of curated, endemic gardens, meandering paths and wilderness, at Fingal on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

Paul McQuillan Landscapes (PML) was established by Paul McQuillan in 2010, and is the outcome of many years of an evolving and growing team.
Starting his career specialising in residential landscape construction on the Mornington Peninsula more than 20 years ago, Paul and his team have built their skills and capabilities over time, expanding into the delivery of larger scale landmark commercial landscaping sites. Building a name for PML that is synonymous with quality, attention to detail, and a competency to get project timelines delivered.
Passionate about constructing residential and commercial landscapes exactly as designed, Paul has built a team that has the unique ability to deliver the architect’s intent to fruition.
Paul believes people are PML’s greatest asset, each team member’s strengths, and unique abilities, and that the best way to deliver an exceptional outcome for clients is by fostering a thriving team culture that is focussed on not only taking pride in your individual work but also working well as a team.

Today, Paul McQuillan Landscapes is a thriving landscaping construction business that employs more than 40 qualified landscapers and gardeners, experienced form workers, concreters, and steel fixers, are supported by a fleet of the latest earthworks machinery and equipment.
When not on site, Paul enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. Having grown up on the Mornington Peninsula, Paul loves the local beaches and varying natural landscapes of this beautiful part of the world. As well as the ever-changing and close-knit Peninsula community, in which he is proud to have built his business and bring up his family.

Fully licensed to build concrete pools and spas. Bathe provides full-service pool design and construction on the Mornington Peninsula and operates in addition to PML’s existing landscape construction business.
Bathe combines the longstanding industry expertise of Paul McQuillan (PML Landscapes) and Keenan Harris (Concrete by Keenan Harris) to provide a seamless & refined approach to pool construction.
With over 45+ years of combined experience within the landscaping and construction industry, joining forces to form Bathe Pools & Spas was a natural fit.
Paul and Keenan believe that building strong relationships with architects, clients and industry professionals is paramount to achieving the best possible outcome for each individual pool project.
